All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order, including product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Any other information we may request regarding the order

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part or damage that occurred during shipping, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Because we strive to process orders promptly, please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
